If your state isn’t listed here

We’re starting with four states and adding more over time. If yours isn’t here yet, you can still find out exactly what you need. Here’s how:

  1. Talk to your school counselor. They can tell you the state and district requirements that apply to you, and they can give you a written credit review.
  2. Check your state’s department of education. Search for your state’s name plus “department of education graduation requirements.” Official state sites end in .gov or .us.
  3. Ask these questions, wherever you get your answers:
    • How many credits do I need, and in which subjects?
    • Are there required tests, and what happens if I don’t pass one?
    • What credit recovery or alternative programs are available?
    • What are the age rules for the GED or other equivalency tests?
  4. Get your next step. Our quiz works in every state and gives you a personal plan in about a minute.

Want your state added? Email us at Info@bridgetodiploma.com and tell us which state you’re in. We’ll use your requests to decide which states to cover next.

Educational guidance only. Graduation requirements vary by state, district, and the year a student started high school, and they can change. Always confirm details with your school counselor or your state’s department of education.
